"Great hotel in a very central location"

"We didn’t receive bath towels in to the apartment for the first 20 hours despite messaging the host, ( who sent us on a wild goose chase looking for linen cupboard rooms which didnt exist!) The property advertised rooms have slippers…. They don’t. We were given a complimentary breakfast by the host at the coffee shop opposite (which is available for residents to purchase as an extra). The breakfast didn’t include any of the barista made coffees, only filter coffee and no pastries were included, only eggs which were sitting in a hot plate or some sort of beef dish (we are vegetarian) so we left without taking the breakfast and went to a different coffee shop to have a flat white and Finnish cinnamon bun which was delicious. Also the temperature is set to 21 degrees which is much too hot so the host had to bring a window key so we could get some fresh air in!! "

"Henkilökuntaa en tavannut lainkaan, joten arvostelua en osaa antaa. 11. kerroksen huone oli meluisa. Ikkuna lukituksesta auki ja avainta ei ollut. Lattiamateriaali rakoillut, likaa raoissa ja keittiökaapiston alasokkelin alla paljon. Muuten huone ihan ok ja miellyttävä. TV olisi hyvä lisä."

"Overall a good choice for short-term stay in Helsinki. The staff was super friendly and offer some good services like luggage storage, and I also went to a bingo night event which was really fun! The basics were all fine too, Wi-Fi, beds, TV, etc were all perfectly functional. I didn't love the shared bathrooms, obviously it is not totally in their control how people use them but just some basic things like some kinda lock on the shower, or having paper towels instead of hand dryers would have improved it. Can't say I was unhappy with it though, as far as hostels go it is adequately satisfying."

"The studio is amazing with all the facilities a traveller needs, it’s very clean and organized. The location is 10 minutes on foot from the downtown. We really enjoyed staying at Noli and we fully recommend it. "
