"The hotel was very nice overall. The location was great, close to everything. The only thing that could be improved is allowing guests to check in a bit earlier than 3pm if possible. The hotel was virtually empty and we were told that we had to check in at 3pm, zero flexibility. "

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la Plaza Mayor, y tiene un estilo bonito colonial. Por otra parte, las habitaciones son mas basicas de lo esperado, necesitan toallas en mejores condiciones, por lo menos incluir shampoo y cortinas de privacidad durante el dia, pues si abre la ventana para tener luz todos los huespedes ven su habitacion al pasar. El desayuno igual es muy muy basico, y el servicio necesita mejora, por lo menos un poco de amabilidad y atencion al cliente (es raro ver al encargado del hotel)"

"The dice and rooms are lovely. Very clean. The parking lot was full so we had to pay for our parking. We were not given our VIP discount on food and beverage. The only view to the plaza is from the restaurant which has limited hours. The cute fire rings in the court yard were never limit. Location is great. "
