El Resort, es muy bonito, pero no sé si fuimos en una temporada demasiado caliente porque no pudimos disfrutar las albercas el agua estaba muy tibia en el Ocean había muchos sargazo, no podíamos ni siquiera caminar en la orilla los eventos que había en la noche no podíamos disfrutarlo mucho por el calor tan húmedo que estaba porque todos serán afuera. Obviamente no pudimos disfrutar mucho las albercas, porque el agua estaba tibia todo el tiempo, so no había manera de refrescarse casi toda la música que ponían era mucha salsa merengue, creo que me hubiera gustado que hubiera más variedad de música. La comida no había mucha variedad. Los restaurantes principales tenían solamente cinco platillos principales y era el mismo todos los días el mismo menú cuando estábamos en la alberca ordenábamos una bebida pero tardaban demasiado para llevarla, pero la gente es amable.

This was our 7th trip to Casa De Campo. Obviously we love it there obviously! This time we decided to stay there the longest we've stayed, 10 days. We rented a villa like we did in 2025 and had a great experience because we were upgraded because of our Expedia status. But this time we were not upgraded. We weren't even offered an upgrade. This is the first time we haven't been upgraded. Our 3 bedroom villa was on the dark side at night, dimly lit. Also it was on the older side. We were told it is central AC, which we discovered actually meant that the living room had AC. The 3 bedrooms were units. The service at Casa De Campo is exceptional. Hard to describe how good it is. Food is incredible, but very expensive - NYC prices. Since we rented a villa we had a private concierge. We had a great concierge in Francis Lappost - we appreciated that a lot! We are hoping to be back next year with a big group next year and hope we get a great villa and an upgrade like we expect every year. May cut back to 7 days since 10 days wasn't a great experience. Highly recommended as a unique Dominican Experience.

Disappointed in the upholstery furniture from the room to the dining Halls filthy dirty almost afraid to sit on it. Cushions on the out door seating chairs so filthy. I should have taken pictures. Service was great from room cleaning, (not couch discussing), getting drinks, poolside service and the service at the beach. Also the public bathrooms need someone to go through and tighten up all the commode seats and line up the locks so they close. No really beautiful landscaping at property nothing but pools and a few palm trees. Not a lot to do unless staying in the pool all day Long's your thing. Beach and so much seaweed no one got in the whole week. Paying for upscale food, pools, and good service. Me personally I would not stay there again. Not enough to do shows were mediocre.

I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days for a friends birthday (all girls). Overall, the hotel is beautiful. There were lots of pools, restaurant options, and amenities. The food was way better than a lot of other resorts that I’ve stayed in. Now, let’s get to the bad. We stayed in the swim up room with the pool view so it came with VIP Concierge service. We didn’t bother our concierge much, but when we asked her for anything she was useless. The last day, I spoke to her 3 hours prior to my leaving (she said we only needed to tell them 15 minutes beforehand) and asked if she could have someone come to the room to get our 4 bags and pick us up with the cart and take us to the front. She confirmed that they would be there, and I even confirmed again 30 minutes before. Basically no one showed up and she stopped responding to my WhatsApp text and calls. We walked with 4 bags to the lobby and the staff saw us struggling and did not try to help. Red, an entertainment worker, was the best thing there. The entertainment people were lovely. The rooms and building hall we stayed in smelled like mildew. So did our friends room. It looked like they were renovating so maybe that will change. Loved the food, the amenities, Red and the entertainment staff, but the concierge and smell of the rooms need upgrading.
