I had such a great time at Finest Punta Cana! My room was always super clean, and it felt so comfortable the whole stay. The staff were honestly amazing, so friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They really made the trip extra special. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back

It was a nice experience, but I wouldn't return. It's a huge hotel where you have to use transportation within the complex. The rooms are super clean, and the bed is like floating on a cloud. There's a variety of food available 24 hours a day, the pools are very well maintained, and the drinks are genuine. Prices in the hotel shops are excessively high. The room service is excellent. I think they could offer more for the price.

Nuestra experiencia fue espectacular. Desde el staff de servicio, la comida, la habitación, todo fue excelente. Todo el personal muy atento. Y el Sr. Juan Jalpay nos brindó un servicio y atención de excelencia. Definitivamente disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía y esperamos volver pronto. La comida muy excelente en todos los restaurantes y buffets.

The staff is super nice and the service is great. Edwin is very friendly and easy to talk to. We had an amazing, happy week.
