"Everything and everyone was great. The only exception is that the walls seemed to be paper thin. We could clearly hear people next to us or walking in the hallway. It seemed like an older property with the small elevators but other than that the staff was excellent. The location was good."

"My stay with Residence Inn was a blast, and they were able to check me in an hour before my intended check-in due to the availability of the rooms that day. Their breakfast buffet were amazing but be mindful that they indicated the busy hours, and prefer that people stay for at least ~30 minutes or less due to how it can get busy. My room was clean, and had enough supplies for a three-day stay, but I'd only say that you may want to bring an HDMI cable, as their TVs are not necessarily smart TVs and only accept two apps to connect: Youtube, and Netflix. Whatever works for you! I was able to also use their pool but do not expect it to be an olympic pool but moreso a pool where you dip when it's hot, but it was nice to see their health club that had a gym, and a hot tub that helped ease some tension after a whole day of walking around the city. I also would commend the location of this hotel and it is ~12 minutes from transit, and 3-6 minutes from any bus stops to Kits, Gastown, and connecting trip to Stanley Park. I will be back!"

"Other than the luggage didn’t arrive in our room right away our stay was fantastic. I had to call to get directions to park but it was so nice to be in the heart of downtown in such a beautiful historic building that kept the old theme and details but modernized what was needed for comfort. So glad I booked this. It was over our budget but worth it."
