No extractor fan so we had to open the bathroom door to let steam out. There is only 1 plug socket in a triple room/suite, no heating or air conditioning available! "

"This place is made great by the smiling, warm staff! Absolutely everyone was gracious and went out of their way to be welcoming, helpul and kind - truly! A particular shout out to the friendly wait staff at the restaurants, the fabulous (stop you in the hallway to ask if you need more towels) housekeepers and the always helpful and interested front desk. Place is pretty spotless and I loved the palm-like trees --feels like a tropical resort Italian style. Thank you to everyone at the Abano Grand Hotel!"
