"I can’t comment on the hotel as I didn’t end up staying there due to booking the wrong place incidentally.
What I can comment on is the staff that was willingly happy to help correct the issue with Expedia.
This can happen to any of us at times, and as a world traveller, I can say this shows great integrity on behalf of the hotel.

"The views from this hotel were amazing! We were really pleased with our room as well.
We arrived mid-afternoon, and wanted to grab lunch in the restaurant, we did not find the menu to offer great options. Breakfast was amazing though!
Staff was not super warm/welcoming or offer up help. When we asked questions they were helpful."
