El hotel es nuevo y central. El wifi no funcionaba y lo repararon al segundo día. Pedimos desayuno a la habitación y nos cobraron un adicional de $7.500. El comedor muy chico y lleno de mesas, apenas nos moviamos entre ellas a pesar de ser tres parejas. Desayuno pobre, el refri de la habitación estaba desenchufar y después de tres días lo solucionaron

Muy buen hotel
Muy buen hotel. Habitación cómoda, con buenas camas, el único inconveniente es que las habitaciones que dan a la calle son muy ruidosas con la ventana abierta ya que es una calle de mucho tránsito.
Muy buenos desayunos.
La terraza un lugar de paz para relajarse y admirar el volcán y el paisaje, donde también se puede tomar una copa.
Cabe destacar la amabilidad y gentileza de todo el personal del hotel, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo, indicar lugares para visitar y colaborar con lo que se necesite, siempre con una sonrisa y un gesto amable.
Hemos pasado unos días muy lindos y nos hemos sentido muy cómodos.
