Super friendly staff and housekeeping staff did an excellent job on cleaning our room every day! Big shoutout to the customer relations team made my mom birthday unforgettable! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great place, great staff at the beach. The concierge and reception doesn't have a lot of experiences. They are maybe to young. we had my wife and I a toxic poisoning from what we ate at the pool. We were expecting more attention from the staff at the reception. The concierge is missing experience as well. Over all we still recommend the hôtel."
