Good hotel, very nice surroundings and peaceful. The hotel has a good heated pool indoors, and sauna, just the jacuzzi need be fix the jets for it too work better. There is a restaurant on site that has many food options, and a good breakfast in the morning. Waiters and servers very professional and friendly. The hotel is within close proximity to many wineries you can tour, as well the hotel offers masseuse very good and professional services, the staff are friendly really helpful and very accommodating to any requests during our stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit these areas of the Casablanca winery.

Valentina, at reception was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.Communicating with her is the way to go. She can arrange taxis for wherever you need to go. The on site restaurant was really good and convenient.

Beautiful property! Has be well kept and maintained. We had a nice stay during the offseason. Honestly, I think we were the only couple at the entire resort so it was very quiet. Received assistance booking a wine tour which was super helpful since we don’t speak Spanish. Only complaint is the rooms were cold when we arrived. Took a while for the heater to warm up the room, then the heat turned off in the morning. Otherwise, nice stay!

Basic hotel. The property is nice, but is lacking lots of maintenance. I'd just recommend it for a short stay and only if no other option is available. Stuff generally slow at the restaurant despite low occupation.

A problem with a lot of Chilean hotels. Lots of small things. Only 1 hand towel for 2people. No heat in rooms with pretty cool night temperatures. No hot water one moment. I had specifically booked a king bed. We got a full suite with just a king bed One of the wait staff added 25% to our dinner bill. When it was brought to our attention, she said she had made a mistake and that it had been very busy. There were two customers in the restaurant when she said”It was “very busy”. The resort seems generally disorganized.

The place seems to be amazing, all related to wine and grapes including the beautiful gate which was beautiful but once you get inside you notice everything is kinda old including the tv in the room. Room was very confortable and the lady in front although a little lost with our last minute reservation (wanted to charge again but said it was ok after seeing the receipt online) was very friendly giving us supplies in the room. Breakfast was very poor.

Alright stay but a bit off

Alright place but a bit off from Casablanca and you’ll need a taxi to get around. Limited offering in the restaurant, both in terms of wine and food, and the breakfast was quite poor (they ran out of eggs to serve us).

Nice room and very nice restaurant. Indoor and outdoor pools are always nice as long as they are heated. Helpful front desk staff. Toilet needed to be tightened to the floor and the wax seal replaced.

Alto custo benefício! A suíte dizia bebidas no frigobar incluso, só tinha água e uma espumante brut p. Não tinha roupão de banho como dizia no anúncio! Hotel muito antigo e precisando de manutenção, limpeza deixa a desejar! A piscina interna é fria, em uma região fria poderia ser aquecida, o que salvou foi a jacuzzi, porém o ambiente bem sujo! Os funcionários são simpáticos! Resumindo não vale o preço que cobram! Ahhh café da manhã muito simples e sem nenhuma estrutura na volta do hotel!
