"I booked a room advertised as having a capacity for 3 adults, which includes 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. As there were 3 of us traveling, this room type seemed ideal.
However, at check-in I was informed that I would need to pay an additional charge for the other 2 guests. The staff were unable to offer any flexibility on this.
