"Outstanding staff when we needed it most We stayed in a Villa room, clean and comfortable, with the sea right in front. We even saw a sea turtle while snorkelling there. What we'll remember most, though, is how the staff handled an emergency. I dislocated my shoulder while canyoneering, and when we asked for a taxi to the hospital, Jilmer brought in a supervisor and within minutes they arranged the hotel's own vehicle. Jilmer came with us, handled all the translation, and got us seen at the emergency department and X-rayed without the long wait we were heading for. He even bought us water. It turned out to be more than a dislocation. An MRI back in Korea found a fracture inside the bone, so getting seen quickly really mattered. On our own we'd have lost the entire day. Thank you, Jilmer, to the supervisor who stepped in, and to all the kind staff who looked after us."
