We enjoyed our stay and found every aspect of the hotel to match the photos and descriptions. All staff members we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the location of the hotel was outstanding, and the entire experience was an excellent value.

Hotel bom. Para quem está com carro, pode ser um problema. O estacionamento é muito ruim. Além disso, aos finais de semana, fecham um monte de ruas ao redor e fica praticamente impossível acessar. Então, aconselho para quem está sem carro. O hotel é razoável, toalhas boas mas cama desconfortável. O café-da-manhã é bem simples, deixa a desejar para um hotel quatro estrelas. Mesmo sendo ruim de carro, a localização é excelente para explorar o centro histórico de Viseu.

Très bel hôtel, très propre, petit déjeuner très bien. Malheureusement une literie terriblement inconfortable, un dessus de lit trop court et très rêche et des oreillers de très mauvaise qualité.

Unique in Viseu

Right in the centre of old town the hotel is actually built into the fortress/city wall. Room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. Areas of the hotel felt almost like a living museum. Certain areas are in need of a refresh (i.e. hallway carpets) but this would not stop me from staying again in such a unique property.

This modern hotel is in a very old stone building. The rooms are beautiful and big. Parking is convenient, right across the street. Our GPS took us under the arch; don't do that. Stay to the left or go around again in the very narrow streets. Breakfast is wonderful and includes both hot and cold choices. This is a central location, so you can walk to all historic sights.

Das Hotel hat sehr geräumige Zimmer und in der Mitte des historischen Zentrums. Am Wochenende ist rund um das Hotel sehr viel los & eher laut. Aber im Zimmer auf der gegenüber Seite, hört man es nur wenig. Der Parking sollte meiner Meinung nach über Nacht geschlossen werden, da dort Jugendliche im Parking herumgehen.

Endroit difficile à trouver, stationnement très peu indiqué, accueil minimal ne pouvant nous indiquer les restaurants à proximité ni les attraits touristiques environnants. Aucun service ni personnel au buffet le matin, la nourriture trainait à température ambiante sur une table depuis on ne sait combien de temps, aucun membre du personnel n'est venu voir dans la salle du buffet si tout était correct ou si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit
