Hotel 5 estrelas, mas de forma alguma com a qualidade expectavel. O Spa não funciona (pedimos a marcação de massagens e nem resposta). Os colaboradores, embora simpaticos, nao tem grande formação, conhecimento (desde quando é que ainda nao se terminou a refeição e ja estao a perguntar se queremos café). Enfim ... 5 estrelas so de nome...

El desayuno es correcto pero en mi opinión no es acorde a un cinco estrellas EL area de piscina y spa no tenian supervision del personal del hotel, por loq uela gente no respeta las normas de uso y acabas teniendo niños a tu alrededor todo el rato. Las sombrillas del area de piscina son de papel de fumar y a pesar de estar todo el dia bajo la sombra, cuando sales de debajo de ellas descubres que estas rojo como un camaron, pues al ser tan finitas no portegen del paso del sol

O Hotel é bom, entretanto algumas coisas a apontar... os colchões são ruins, estão ja a precisar de serem trocados. Um outro detalhe é o chão da piscina, muito escorregadio, no tempo em que estavamos na piscina vimos muita gente a escorregar(Inlcusive nós) e uma criança até teve uma queda e bateu com a cabeça no chão. o pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor, há hoteis mais em conta e de 4 estrelas ou até menos com pequeno almoço com mas opções. Esta a ter obras no hotel, e em nenhum momento fomos avisados dessa situação.

Não satisfaz para um hotel 5 estrelas

Para um hotel de 5*, existem alguns pontos que deixaram bastante a desejar: o berço colocado no quarto estava rasgado e em muito mau estado. A alcatifa, já muito antiga, estava suja e com um aspeto pouco higiénico. O AC do quarto, não sendo automático ou digital, era muito difícil de regular, o que fez com que pais e bebé ficassem doentes. Aquando da reserva, pedimos a colocação de chaleira, e nada nos foi dito durante a estadia em relação a isso. Pontos positivos: o pequeno almoço era óptimo e muito variado, a simpatia do staff também ajudou e a piscina interior estava muito bem cuidada, o que fez as delícias da nossa bebé. Uma remodelação faria toda a diferença neste hotel!

Pessoal muito simpáticos atencioso. Pequeno almoço excelente, bastante diversificado e muito bem servido. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Não utilizamos a piscina exterior, mas a piscina interior aquecida era boa e permitia o acesso de crianças (sempre com touca). Ótima experiência.

On the room description, it says the Family room has 1 queen BED and two twin BEDs. But that is a lie. In reality what it has is 2 Twin BEDs and 1 SOFA-BED, with a thin dirty mattress. BEWARE!
