“Beautiful gardens and pool area. Despite being next to the road it was very peaceful. Good selection at Breakfast. There is only one coffee machine which could lead to queues at peak times. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Close to bus stop 23 and for 3 euros you can get to Skiathos town and the airport. Bus can be very busy at peak times. “We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs...

Bus stop is nearby. the Village is on the hill so has good view but need to walk up all the way and many stairs. in the case ur knee is not strong, check the room location in advance with to hotel. During the stay, hot water was not stable nor controllable so I and my friend both got scald bc very hot water comes out all of sudden almost every 2mins. It was repeating. ”

“Staff was very friendly and view from our small but clean, comfortable room was amazing! The downside is that you have to haul your luggage up an old stone walkway and staircase to check in at The Water hotel. Unfortunately, our bags were 50 lbs (23kg) each. Luckily, a staffer offered to take them the rest of the way to our room at The Rock, which is more old stone stairs up to an old stone walkway away. There are no elevators. The amenities ended up being less than what was listed, there are no washers, no parking, wifi sucks, etc. the pool was not clean, the food remained the same every day. It’s far from the main road.
