Prima verblijf midden op de dijk. Personeel was vriendelijk. Enige wat iets uitgebreider kon was het ontbijt. Miste croissantjes en meerdere soorten kaas.

Shelter from the storm!

Second stay here and the staff are excellent. The bar and restaurant are also very good. We stayed on a very windy weekend and it felt like a cosy sanctuary. It is in very close proximity to Amsterdam with enough interest locally to make it a unique spot. great service and my ageing parents were made to feel very welcome.

Hotel bereiken met auto was een beetje lastig tocht is het gelukt, parkeren max 3 uurtjes in de buurt, hotel geeft zelf een plattegrond van de parking waar je gratis mag parkeren ! Kamer was redelijk min punten er is geen waterkoker koffie of the, maar ook geen haardroger, niet veel verlichting in de kamer ook niet in de douche, matras beetje hard, te hoog e o te groot hoofdkussen, ontbijt net uitgebreid maar wel genoeg, beetje ouderwets alles ! Voor de rest prima verblijft ! Maar niet om te herhallen !

Fabulous Sea Front Hotel

I could not recommend this hotel enough, our room was clean comfortable and very warm, fabulous sea front view, the staff so friendly and nice, room cleaned daily and fresh towels etc, breakfast was perfect. Atmosphere was lovely.

Underbart läge. Kanonfin restaurang. Helt ok frukost. Rummet lite väl spartanskt och dyrt utifrån det. Väldigt lyhört och ingen ventilation på toaletten. Vissa i personalen var lite väl stressade och man märkte tydligt att själva nattgästerna kom i andra hand efter restauranggästerna. Men väldigt fint läge, som sagt.

Bien situé, correct et propre

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l' hotel Old Dutch a Volendam. Il est très bien situé et donne directement sur le front de mer (choisir une chambre avec vue sur l'eau). Le bateau pour Marken est juste a proximité. A noter que le Parking gratuit Parkeren est a quelques centaines de mètres de cet hotel (5 minutes a pied.). A proximité on trouve de nombreux restaurants et de nombreuses boutiques. L'accueil plutôt froid se fait dans la grande salle du rez de chaussée qui sert pour déjeuner et pour le petit déjeuner: Les couloirs de l'hotel mériteraient un coup de peinture. La chambre était très grande avec une décoration sobre. La literie est un peu trop souple. La salle de bain était fonctionnelle. L'ensemble est très propre. Très bon rapport qualité/prix .

Een groot minpunt is, dat als je lekker ligt te slapen na een hele vermoeiende werk dag, dat ze het terras op gaan ruimen onder je raam! En niet zo zachtjes ook!! Ze blijven schuiven met stoelen en tafels. En dat duurt 20 min , dus weer klaar wakker!

Rooms had absolutely no extras, no ice machine and when we asked for some ice for our room we got a small drinking glass with a few cubes. The restaurant food is very pricey. Some of the staff was friendly but most were not at all.

Het hotel ligt aan de haven en daar heb je uitzicht op.je kunt je auto helaas niet bij het hotel parkeren. Het personeel is vriendelijk en het eten is goed.
