"This property was the best choice we could have made as a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. "The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "
