"Amazing stay and staff! Kenzie was especially gracious and helpful at check in. The restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast tray delivered to our room was a great amenity. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely return. "

"The room was so small that I could barely fit my suitcase in. There was a really bad smell when I opened the room and even if I opened the windows all night I couldn't get rid of the smell. The apartment has no front desk at all."

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. "From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. Within a 5 min walk from the subway station. And right on the water. Beautiful views. The hotel also has a work out fitness room and an outdoor pool and spa. They have a sister hotel across the road you can also utilize. Staff will give you a city pass for free transportation. HIGHLY recommend and would stay here again. "

"Excellent.Very good air conditioning. Thick double glazed windows.Room silent. Good beds and bathroom. Central location in the old town. Neighborhood clean and safe with some interesting characters on the street. Old town is halfway up the hill, walkable but some hills. Take the metro down to the waterfront where ,at Ouchy, there are old beautiful restored steamers to Montreux, Chillon Castle and Thonon-les-Bains with great views of the lake and Alps. Would definitely stay again. "
