“Room is not clean, the washing machine is dirty, I have to clean it before using. The check-in girl on the phone was fine but the girls that took our family to the room were so rude. The management is not professional. They didn't guide us how to use the pool, gym room, people there did not let us use it but they were listed on booking. The elevator is terrible.
