Die Betten wurden nur an drei von sieben Tagen gemacht. Das Bad wurde auch selten gereinigt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Enttäuschung. Es gab an fünf von sieben Tagen nur eine Sorte Wurst (dann zwei) und eine Sorte Schnittkäse.
Im Zimmer lief ein lauter Kühlschrank, der nachts abgestellt werden musste.

Fantástico hotel en Tatranska Lomnica
La estancia ha sido realmente estupenda. Para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, los servicios que presta el hotel son muy buenos.
Nada más llegar sorprende el buen gusto en cuanto a decoración. La atención en recepción fue inmejorable, las recepcionistas hablaban ingles fluidamente y no hubo ningún tipo de problema de comunicación.
La habitación individual, situada en el segundo piso estaba muy limpia y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia de unos días. Me sorprendió incluso que hubiera amenities que normalmente solo se encuentran en hoteles de categoría superior. Lo único ligeramente negativo fue que la nevera de la habitación era un poco ruidosa, pero nada desagradable ni que perturbara el sueño.
En cuanto al desayuno, éste era tipo bufé, con bastante variedad tanto de platos dulces como salados.
La piscina cubierta también se agradece después de un día en las montañas. También hay una amplia zona de juegos para niños, así como diversas actividades.
Buena ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando de las estaciones de autobús y tren. Sin duda repetiré en un futuro.

Good location for an average hotel.
Hotel location was very good in High Tatras.
The price for this hotel is way to overrated. The breakfast was low quality (food standing there for hours), the choices were not a lot and the juices were watery. No big changes from day to day for the choices. Slovak kitchen offers really good food, but not in this hotel. No AC was available and our room was hot.
The personal speaks very less English, which is not good for international travelers like me. If I would not have my wife with me which spoke Slovak I would be lost.

Nice hotel, spa area was very nice. Children friendly hotel. Close to Tata Bob ride and ski lifts. Lots of choices to eat dinner out.

Miły pobyt pod Łomnickim Szczytem
Znakomita lokalizacja, hotel bardzo przyjazny rodzinom. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Wiele atrakcji dla dzieci. Przyzwoite ceny w barze i restauracji.Pokoje czyste, meble skromne ale nowe. Idealna baza startowa w Tatry. Duży darmowy parking. Basen, a szczególnie sauna wymaga remontu.
