Pool was down, and only ice machine that worked was on the bottom floor. Also only half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement at start of visit (stayed 2 nights). Staff was really nice and and as accommodating as they could be. (Short staffed). The lady who checked me in was really amazing and helped me through a mess up they had of double booking the room I reserved. She really went above and beyond to correct the mistake and help me get in a room after my 17 hour drive. Her positive attitude really helped my mood (exhaustion/sleepy), even with the mess up.

I needed a place to stay just to sleep. Get some rest and get back on the road the next morning. Leaving the place at 5:30 in the morning. I thought I had to stop and get some coffee Somewhere else because breakfast starts at six A.M. but the minute I got out of the elevators you can smell the coffee. I asked her. Can I get a couple of coffee before I leave she said absolutely I start my coffee at 430 A.M. so I got my coffee and I got on the road. But everything was very nice and clean. And the front desk person was sweet.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Staff is wonderful. Hotel clean, breakfast has a nice variety but also in walking distance to Cracker Barrel, Starbucks, and Los Compadres, a nice Mexican restaurant. My only complaint this visit was every ice machine was not working or had no ice. But I would stay again.
