Such a comfortable experience!

Great place for my young family

We needed a place to stay while escaping the hurricane in Houston. It was super clean and the perfect place for me and my two young kids. The kitchenette was really helpful and the customer service people were friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again!

This is 2nd stay at TownPlace Suites in Waco. Both stays were great. This stay was greater because it was not triple digit heat. There are great dining options in walking distance to the hotel. The staff are always professional and courteous.

I loved the layout. It was perfectly situated and there was a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was cozy, but we did get the loud noise from the room next door since it was not late in the evening, we did not say anything. Breakfast was okay. We decided to come down a little later because there were large groups staying there.

It was only a night over for our stay, but the staff was friendly and brekfast was great. If we didnt have to leave early the next morning, we would have taken a swim in the pool. It looked very clean refreshing.

Everything was great except, someone dropped the ball on getting breakfast ready. We had to leave by 7:30 and only a few things were available by then even thogh the breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00.

We were in town for a family event. The room was nice and I loved having a sofa to sit on. The bed was pretty comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room perfect temp. We didn’t need the kitchenette but it was really nice. There was a really nice patio area out back with comfortable chairs and a fire table that was lit nightly. The pool was just beside this. We did not use the breakfast as we ate with family but the breakfast area was really nice.
