" Overall was a good stay"

"Room was clean. Staff was awesome! Manager on duty upgraded us to the executive suite when we told her it was our 15th anniversary and we were just having a staycation away from home. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant Shrimpboat. Service was good but we were seated by a large group with a bunch of loud young children. We should’ve moved. We both had the seafood buffet which was delicious. The property is nice and relaxing. We had the free breakfast in the consigliere’s lounge. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. The guy cooked us fresh eggs and delicious fresh waffles. The fresh fruit was so good! We live in Midland about 20 minutes away and we really enjoyed our stay. The only things I would’ve changed was the hot tub open or an in room hot tub and when I went to book a massage for my husband and I at the SPA, they could only do one of us at a time. One at 11 and one at 3. I specifically took my husband there for the hot tub and massages! Everything else was great though and I would recommend the hotel to anyone."

"Pros: The beds were comfy Cons: The walk in shower wasn’t clean. The baseboards were noticeably old and dirty, the carpet was not vacuumed, the couch was dirty— Looked like a dried up spill? It looked crusty. The toilets still had piss stains underneath the lip and on the side of the toilet, the bed room tv was missing the cord to plug in to WATCH tv, so I had to watch the living her tv. Lastly, the wifi was not working. And when it did it would glitch in and out every 2-5mins, so my devices were moving very slow. "

"Everyone was so nice. The night we checked in, the girl was literally on her knees scrubbing the silver metal things that are by the carpet and door entry. Breakfast was great. The german sausage was a neat idea for breakfast and had a GREAT flavor. "
