"Clean room, ocean viewing, pool and restaurants were delicious. My only complaint is I was on the 12th floor and when carrying all my luggage after waiting for 20 minutes for the elevator I finally trucked it all down the stairs myself. Only one functional elevator, skips the 12th floor if there’s people using it below you."

I think the property and Expedia have an ethical and perhaps legal obligation to inform potential renters about the stairs."
