Very clean and beds and pillows very comfortable. No mini fridge in the room and no coffee maker. Glass double door into the bathroom and toilet. The middle section has a strip of frosted glass, still not much for privacy. The staff was pleasant. Overall ambiance was cold. Not our kind of hotel.

Our quick stay on a trough hike was great - no complaints whatsoever. Only recomendation to other guests is that if you are planning on leaving early (before 830am), make sure to notify the front desk the day before.

Tolle Lage am See!! Bad im Zimmer extrem klein. Keine ordentliche Tür zur Toilette. Dusche auch halb im Zimmer. Wenig Personal vor Ort. Eine Bar mit Bewirtung hätte ich genutzt. Das Personsl waf jedoch sehr freundlich. Frühstück war gut. Ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre schön gewesen. Wellnessbereich sehr schön! Erholsam. Gepflegt! Perfekte Aussicht trotz Regen. Schöner Blick auf den Garten und See. Da es ein kleines Hotel ist, hat mandie Einrichtungen fast für sich! Schade, das es jein Restaurant vor Ort gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtig hotel en de kamer is luxe ingericht. Matrassen een beetje (te) zacht en wat mankementen aan toilet, douche, gordijnen. Jammer dat het sauna- en zwembadgedeelte al om 20 uur sluit en receptie niet meer bemand is. Ontbijt erg mager (1 soort brood).

Zeer gastvrij en verzorgd hotel. Wellness was prima. Kamer was groot en ook netjes, doch hier daar kan de kamer wel wat opfrissing gebruiken. Dit was zeker niet storend. Ontbijt was vers en uitgebreid. Ideaal voor een ontspannen weekend in de Ardennen. Aanrader! Tip: diner in het restaurant (Au Cheval Blanc) van de hoteleigenaaar in het volgende dorp (10 min. rijden). Heerlijk!

Very nice hotel in a fantastic environment

We spent only two nights in the hotel, to have the chance to relax and to visit the area. Very pleasant experience: the hotel is very comfortable (room very clean and with a fantastic view of the lake), the personnel is very friendly and the availability of inside swimming pool and jacuzzi represents the final touch :-) WE were unhappy because on the Expedia description there was a reference to a restaurant in the hotel. Actually the restaurant area is reworked. BUT the hotel owner is also a chef (one of the Belgian top chef) and owns a restaurant two or three km far from the hotel. On Wednesday evening we had dinner there: fantastic as well ! Globally, a very very pleasant experience :-)

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel des bains. Nous étions apparemment les seuls dans l'établissement. Nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement du spa (grande piscine, hamman, sauna, jacuzzi). Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute, le cadre accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner, la chambre spacieuse et la literie au top! Attention les chambres côté route sont bruyantes (axe passant). Pensez à réserver côté lac. parking fermé gratuit juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Hotel bien placé avec très belle vue sur le lac

Hôtel très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur le lac de Robert-Ville Cependant, je trouve que cet hôtel est bien trop cher par rapport à d'autres établissements du même type. Prix payé: 295 euro pour une nuit avec accès au SPA et pdj. Le centre SPA est assez petit: piscine, 1 petit sauna, 1 petit Hammam et 1 petit Jacuzzi.
