Check in purely electronic which again is not informed before doing the hotel booking. Advice to avoid the place, there are better services available "

Es waren nur 2 Zimmer plus eine Ausziehcauch für 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer, durch das jeder der zum Badezimmer/Toilette wollte...

"The rating and cost are way too high. It’s clean and otherwise nice but the front staff is rude. I asked THREE times for a room cleaning over my 3 night stay and it wasn’t done. Even left door tag requesting clean which staff removed and still didn’t clean. Would never staff here again."

"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."
