"We enjoyed our room and had a great experience using the hotel spa. We had a not so great experience at the bar. The service was incredibly slow and when we finally got our drinks they brought a white wine when I had ordered a red. Otherwise this was a great location"

"Very efficient way to stay in Brussels, close to transportation and within easy walking distance of Grand Place and other tourist areas. The room is no frills but has what you need and is spacious enough not to feel cramped. Check-in and check-out was automated and very easy. Nice coffee and laundry ..."
