“We had reserved for 2 queens and ended up receiving one king which didn’t matter BUT not what I had reserved for. There was no housekeeping while we were there for 3 nights either so we had to ask for dirty towels to be removed and garbage removed. I felt it had gone down in quality since our past previous stays there.”

“Stayed here recently and had a decent overall experience. The hotel was clean, which is always a top priority for me, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the common areas were generally well-kept. That said, the property is clearly showing its age. The rooms and facilities could really use some updates; things like worn furniture, dated decor, and minor maintenance issues (loose fixtures, weak water pressure, older appliances) stood out....

“When I checked in for 2 rooms I made sure that pets were only allowed on the first floor. We were on the third floor and a dog barked and growled all night on our floor. There was also an overwhelming constant smell of pot throughout the hotel. We will not be staying there again.”

“The staff needs to wear proper attire, the front desk person was not wearing any under clothing with a white t-shirt, she appeared to just get out of bed. There was a smell of marijuana at the front entrance.”
