โThe staff member checking me in took her frustration with the computer and card reader out on me. She was curt and entitled. Other staff were great. โ
โThe hotel was awesome. The breakfast had lots of variety and very good. Coffee was great and always there. Does need powdered creamer for lobby after breakfast hours. Beds were comfy, didnโt have to worry about creepy crawlers like we did at our other hotel last year. Definitely coming back again! Free parking too!โ
โA great place to stay: down town Grand Rapids, easy access to the highways, and walking distance to several different restaurants and right beside the Gerald Ford Presidential Museum - rooms were excellent and the staff were very friendly from check in to check out - definitely a place to stayโ
โI was in there for 7 nights and the hotel is great! just one thing except that the room doesn't have minibar ; It makes me uncomfortable, but except that, everything is ok :)โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.โ
โThe front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast options were limited, but it has everything you need for a full breakfast. The property is situated along Medical Mile, so there aren't a lot of choices for dining, but it is a very safe area. There is a bus stop close by to take you to Grand Rapids downtown proper.โ
