โThank you to the very friendly & helpful owner, Dave. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Good shower. Lovely breakfast. Even provided a tower fan due to the heatwave. Very close to the ferry terminal. Dave also advised a Metrolink pass for my visit to the Antony Gormley art installation at Crosby beach (a thought-inspiring and brilliant place to visit).
Only thing that would have made it even better would be blackout curtains as the daylight woke me at dawn.โ
โNice good size room. Comfortable bed. The duvet was too hot in the summer. Good cleaning service, even left the cleaning cloth in the room. Still using small shampoo bottles, not eco friendly. Towels don't need to be changed after every use, especially when you forget to leave a new towel. ยฃ 50 deposit is annoying. Needed to ask for the free beverage that was included, better to just give a voucher when checking in.โ
โWas clean, shower was by far best i have used in any hotel, kitchen was well equipped bed was ok but could of been better .nicely layed out good location easy parking outside .โ
โStayed here as a break on my way to Scotland. Was made very welcome given the keys a had breakfast times explained. Wi-fi passwords were on the the check in desk.
The room I had was a single en suite which had a chest of drawers a small cupboard and a flat screen tv. The bathroom had a shower which towels were supplied. Tea and coffee facilities were supplied.
Breakfast was great I had orange juice ,full english, tea and toast which was perfectly cooked.
The area outside the hotel has 2 pubs and...
โComfy bed, snacks and dash were a nice touch. Shower is great, hairdryer is a real one! Staff make this place even better - Iโve stayed twice and both times were excellent. Great value for money too. โ

โWe stayed here on our way to the Isle of Man .. if you are a biker, room 26 (if I recall correctly) is perfect for you. Bikes are right out front, and you get your own entrance.โ
โFabulous hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. It was very quiet so we all slept well. It is,in easy walking distance for Albert Dock and numerous restaurants and cafes. The Palm Court bar area is stunningand the cocktails are superb. The hotel obviously focuses on Customer Service as every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!โ
