โAbsolutely fantastic hotel, exceeded all expectations. Excellent free parking, really nice friendly staff, & lovely modern well maintained decor. Our standard room was really spacious with comfy seating & a lovely bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The icing on the cake was the food. We ate in the restaurant & had the rump steak with salad & chips. The salad came out 1st & was sublimeโฆ..who knew a salad could be so good. The steak was equally excellent. โWir wurden herzlich begrรผรt und das Check In war zรผgรผg. Das Zimmer entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen. Das Hotelpersonal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frรผhstรผck war ein Traum! Ein Angebot von mehreren Saunen und einem Schwimmbecken rundeten unseren Aufenthalt zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit ab. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst fรผr diesen super Urlaub!!! โWir waren zum ersten mal im Hotel Christel, doch sicher nicht zum letzten mal. Das Essen ist hervorragend und es bleiben keine Wรผnsche offen, der Service war freundlich, familiรคr. รberhaupt hat man nicht das Gefรผhl im Hotel zu sein - es ist eher wie Freunde zu besuchen mit sรคmtlichen annehmlichkeiten die man zu Hause so nicht hat.

We were there for one night.At the arrives we park our car in the private parking in the back of the hotel.The guy in reception was very friendly and very nice.Room was clean and tidy! Everything was nice!โ
"When I checked in, they asked for 300 euros as a deposit. However, when I checked out, they refused to refund the 300 euros, saying it was for the accommodation fee, even though I paid the entire room fee. The incompetent staff said they had no authority and passed it on to other staff. They did not respond at all when I contacted them. If there is no staff at the front desk, go outside. They are probably smoking and hanging out with their boyfriends."
