Aug 27, 2019The town looks as if it is coming back after a downturn. Cute coffee shop and restaurants near our hotel. We stopped in Walensburg to sleep on our journey to Great Sand Dunes National Park.

Jul 22, 2019Larger town than we realized but old and run down. Looked like some effort had been made to keep the downtown area in business. Nothing but bars were open when we got there in a Sunday.
