“Location of this hotel is amazing. Everything else was just ok. Rooms were clean. Women at front desk didn't know much about parking or where to eat. Also the blinds were sheer so everyone could see in the room at night and the room was light as soon as the sun came up. That drove me crazy. ”

“The room was very nice and the giant windows overlooking the beach were fantastic! Modern room, comfortable and well kept. We were here in the off season, so no pool or bar was expected, but we were surprised there was also no ice machine in April. The location was quiet and close to Seabright and Highlands food and shopping. Overall, we had a great stay.”

“The Lamplight, as always, was spotless and well-maintained. The location can’t be beat- a block from the beach and super close to restaurants, shops and bars. My only wish is that each room would be supplied with its own Keurig. One of the treats of staying in a motel is waking up and having a coffee in your bedroom before you even get dressed. While coffee is available at the motel, I’d be happier not having to go outside and sometimes downstairs to get my morning caffeine fix!”

“The breakfast was rwally good. Tons of options for a continental style. The ac was good once i figured it out. The room was vwry clean and terribly cute. Thw wholw hotel was vwry well decorated and tons of little amenities everywhere. Like the free bike rentals, the little dog treats, lollipops for kids, a little community room with vending machines for snacla, books, games and tables to relax at. All in all would highly recommend thia place. And we qill definitely be back”

“My husband and I stayed overnight and we had a great time. We plan to come back during the summer. Great location and we were near many restaurants and had great views. ”

“It was barely a step up from a motel. The bathroom had a really small tub and tiles that were stained and mildewy. The TV kept losing signal . I booked a king room with a couch and they gave me a queen . Travelled with my cousin . She booked a separate room. They didn’t have a room for her because they said if you choose the Expedia ‘pay at property’ option you don’t have a reserved room. I chose the pay in advance option . I never knew that if you don’t pay in advance on Expedia that you...

“Good hotel”

“We arrived to find people in the parking lot drinking various types of alcohol and women who appeared to be escorts. The place felt very unsafe. We requested a refund as we did not feel safe due to the clientele and were denied. The concierge was very rude stating that other guests feel safe so we would not be refunded. ”

“Overall my stay was great. Location excellent. Host super nice.”

“The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115.”
