Outside beautiful, inside not comfortable

The area is very scenic and beautiful but it's difficult to enjoy the view from your room because the furniture is not at all comfortable. If there was a decent sofa inside and a decent chair on the outside porch, I would highly recommend this place.

Kamar kotor, ruangan makan banyak semut, WC sangat bau sudah d bersihkan tetap bau. Tempat masah banyak kecoa dan kotor. Kasur dan sprei tidak bersih dan bau lembab. Sangat tidak layak direkomendasikan untuk tempat liburan keluarga.

Beautiful scenery

Located at a very beautiful tea plantation and the villas are nice for big families. We were the only family at that point so it got abit creepy! The location is very obscure and there's nothing nearby for food etc. so would need to stock up before going there. Rooms could use a bit more maintenance.

the hotels actually in a good location, the view is nice, there's some nature activity, but the hotel is not well maintained, not even make up room service. too bad. once is enough

not idea unless in a big group

we stayed there for 2 nights in September. Many problems to an otherwise ideal location: 1. No clear signs to the resort from Bandung and our driver got lost. The road into TGR was also poorly maintained. 2. Weather is quite hot, and there are no proper fans or air-condition in the place. so it's terribly hot in the day, and at night it gets stuffy. You either leave the glass doors open (and worry about safety and pests/animals coming in) or shut everything tight and feel suffocated. 3.Little night-time activities. Entire estate is dimly lit, and we were the only visitors on the first night. Second night had another family coming in but that was all. It was too quiet and eerie. TV reception is poor. 4. Hygiene was bad. Our stay was poorly maintained. There were houseflies buzzing around and the apartment had a dour and stale smell. Floor was a little sticky.

Very quiet and natural place

The location of the hotel is perfect to have a rest and to have a moment out the city. In the middle of tea and rice plantation it's a fantastic escape for few days.

Had difficulty in communicating in English with staff, so some requests not met. Otherwise it was a good experience.The outdoor non heated pool really needs to be cleaned.
