“The White Horse Inn is an attractive hotel in a convenient location, with the added benefit of ample free parking. Sadly, however, the hospitality did not match the charm of the property. Hotels of this kind usually stand out because of their warm, personal welcome. Here, the opposite was true. The reception was reserved and unwelcoming, and communication was kept to the bare minimum. Sunday lunch was the highlight of my stay: fresh, flavoursome and very enjoyable. As a result, and having read...

“Lovely characterful property. Friendly staff and very polite, Room was good, huge bathroom and very clean, robes and towels supplied. We did use the pool which was lovely. There is nothing lift so be careful if a bit unsteady on your legs as lots of steps and stairs around.”

“Lovely stay and great location. Easy check in and no complaints from us. I would stay here again.”

“Only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and it’s a lovely place!”

“The couple that own and operate this bed-and-breakfast are a true delight. They make you feel welcome the moment you step in. Great care is taken to ensure guests have a comfortable, enjoyable experience here. This is the place to stay if you’re in Sittingbourne!”

“직원 친절, 식당 좋음, 객실 청소는 완벽하지는 않음”

Die Frühstück-Auswahl ist zwar überschaubar aber es war sehr gut. Am Nachmittag nutzten wir die Gelegenheit für Snacks und auch beim Abendessen konnten wir nur Loben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko: Parkplätze gibt es nur im öffentlichen Bereich. Und diese sind kostenpflichtig.”

“Would be 5 stars all round if it wasn’t for the fireplace centrepiece under the TV not working, half of it wouldn’t switch on so one side was lit while the other stayed off and I paid a lot of money on 2 nights in the signature suite for a very special birthday relying on everything to be as advertised. With the room being the main experience this was very disappointing and even after raising this to staff it wasn’t able to be fixed. I’m all about details especially for big celebrations and this...

“Second time I have stayed here, will be coming back again! Room lovely and clean. Breakfast was very nicely cooked and a good sized portion. Staff were very smiley, polite and helpful. They had also made arrangements so I could charge my vehicle too which was a bonus! Many thanks!”
