Lovely stay

We are a family of three and had one night at this beautiful hotel travelling through Europe. Great staff, lovely food (both dinner and breakfast), and modern rooms. We hope to come back!

Will not recommend

The hotel doesn’t look that nice from the outside, we were a bit hesitant when we arrived. To be fair, rooms are nice, clean and a decent size. The beds, at least the one I slept in was hard as a rock, might as well have slept on a floor, ot was not comfortable. Other than that, everything else was fine in regards to the rooms. We only stayed one night for a sleepover on our way home from France. We booked a room with BREAKFAST INCLUDED, but when we called to know what time breakfast was, then suddenly the booking did not include breakfast as it was closed(?). I tried explaining to the man, that on Hotels.com when booking the room, it said breakfast included, in fact it said that on all the rooms. I have screen shots of it as well. But he insisted that there was no breakfast. I feel scammed! We had many other options for hotels at around the same price that included breakfast, and that was one of the criteria for booking a room. So they are apparently happy enough to take your money, and not provide what is included.

clean, quiet, fast hot shower. But best of all the dining room downstairs was incredible. We had a delicious, and very fresh Dorado fish, and the pastas were excellent. House wines good too.

ok hotell to good price

We got a room in the cellar. Very bad connection for WIFI and a bit strange layout. The thing that could be improved is the access to the staff (had to call them om the phone because no-one in the reception) and better wifi and better cleanup in the room.

So lala...89€ incl. Frühstück überteuert! Frühstück ok...durchsichtiger Filterkaffee! Nur auf Anfrage Kaffee aus der Maschine...der sehr gut war! Warum nicht direkt der bessere gute Kaffee angeboten wird versteh ich nicht! Sparen überflüssig! Restaurant gut aber auch total überteuert! Schade war enttäuscht!

Bra och prisvärt boende när man bara ska stanna en natt. Vi åt en jätte god middag på hotellet. Bra och trevlig personal. Vi hade lite krångel med låset till våran dörr.

Tolles Zimmer für vier Personen (bin mit drei Kindern den Emsradweg gefahren) mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Wenn auch das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit, familiäres Personal und top Frühstück überzeugen völlig!
