It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. "The room was nice if somewhat dark - dark wallpaper and dark furniture. The bathroom had a big shower but signs of mould in places. Sadly the shower didn’t work brilliantly, changing pressure and temperature. The spa was great had a fabulous massage. "

"We stayed for 3 nights. Excellent staff and very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, the view from our room was Winchester Cathedral. Parking is reasonably priced at the hotel but you need to get there early as the car park is not very large Definitely would stay again."

"Super friendly on check in and it was just no bother thereafter. Nothing bad to say. Pleasant hotel - looks like a prison from the outside but they have done absolute wonders with the inside. Lifts were glitchy while we were there which was annoying but I’m sure that’s a temporary thing. Amazing position for the Boat Show and shopping. "
