Was so bad I opted to abandon the stay. Heavy artificial fragrance in foyer and rooms. I tried two. They had also just painted the foyers, the paint smell was so overwhelming I was nauseous. Tried window open and aircon to mask it. No way I could sleep there. Rooms were very tired and dated, felt dirty.

Staff were welcoming and nice, beautiful and clean room. Took my grown son for a getaway and beds were comfy (2 x queens) bathroom was very modern and clean. Only negative was that during a shower, almost the whole bathroom area got soaked on the ground due to only a short glass petition. If towels and clothes placed on toilet seal they stayed dry but that doesn’t always feel hygienic. Kettle and tea/coffee facilities available. No microwave or toaster cutlery etc. Small mini fridge available. Order in service available if wanted. Central and close to shops, restaurants etc. Free underground parking. Would definitely stay again but probably go for a room that had breakfast facilities. Just for ease of not having to order in or go out of room.

The room met our needs, however the check in process was poor. Check in was at 2pm however our rooms were not ready upon arrival. We were staying due to a wedding and advised reception of this, in advance. Other guests had checked in earlier than the standard 2pm check in however our rooms weren’t available at standard check in.

The staff were kind and helpful. I left a pair of earrings behind and they were very helpful in returning them to me. Having the restaurant near was great. We also appreciated the undercover car park with access to the elevator straight to our room. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would stay there again.

It was comfortable and really upmarket quality place. The only thing that was annoyimg was the tv had limited channels and no internet access to watch netflix. Seemed a bit outdated. The remote was hard to use. It is the first place where we coukdnt watch a movie

We stopped in Warrugal for one night on the way back to Melbourne, and stayed in a Superior room with 2 QS beds. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The shower was good but needed a bit more screening to prevent water all over the floor. Our room had a small table but we would be happier with a bit more bench space along the wall. There is free parking underneath which was good. Breakfast was to order but limited options and very loud music until we asked for it to be turned down, which they did. Overall for one night it was good.
