Great but not missing a balcony

When we booked the room, from the pictures it seemed they all came with a nice big balcony. That is indeed not the case for all their rooms. This was about half a metre deep so sitting outside enjoying the evening was out of the question. That said, the apartment was clean and in good shape. We did enjoy our stay.

What a find!

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. It was completely outfitted with everything a traveler could need, plus it was in a great location. The apartment itself was in a mixed-use area close to the central train station. It had plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, but it was off the beaten path so it was peaceful and quiet. What a find!

This is really an apartment, not what I would call an aparthotel. The apartment is new and nice, but the lack of AC is a significant drawback during hot days. There plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The part that we didn’t like was the less than perfect communication for non-Polish speakers. I recommend the owners to provide clear instructions on how to enter the building and the apartment (the menu at the interfon is only in Polish). The instructions should also make it cleat that garbage won’t be taken out, etc. All in all, the experience can be good, if the communication is improved.

Members of staff were so friendly and going extra mile to ensure we have everything we need. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is kid friendly (we travelled with two small children) and a cot was provided. Excellent location, plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from, 5 minutes walk to metro, trams and busws. Thank you for everything, we would love to stay with you again :)

Good property and as advertised. They could offer more pillows and tea. The instructions for access need to be far clearer. Once you are in it's ok but it's circuitous and not clear. Took 20 mins longer to just get through the front door than it should have.

The reception desk was easy to work with. Parking garage was a little confusing as we did not get instruction on how to exit the garage after parking.

One of the worst experiences unfortunately due to poor instructions and thanks to the property manager Taisia, who spoke to me like I am an idiot when she had to go downstairs and open the door to the office building that other reviewers and HERSELF also confirmed that it gets jammed and she often has to ride 7 flights in the elevator to open it for guests, must be very hard. Also as a ukrainian I dont speak russian and please dont assume this is our first language, that assumption from her was wild considering what Ukrainians have to go through. Apartment was average. Tv internet was not working on the 2nd day, coffee pots were all open, chipped plates, cigarette buds on the balcony. Would be nice to have some paper towels.Shower will get the floor vet no matter how hard you try to not splash the water. I stayed at Patronus apartments before this place and they were excellent!

Or offer a discount?) Very disappointing, clearly the next guest checking in will have broken appliances as well...

Byłam w Warszawie i to naprawdę fajne miejsce – bardzo bezpieczne, czyste i godne polecenia. Z całego serca mogę wysłać swoją rekomendację. Na dole znajduje się cudowna pani, która prowadzi bakery z pysznymi, świeżymi kanapkami – warto spróbować! Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy.

Fint nok , men sidste gang jeg tager derhen også tag det en evighed og finde parkning . men mangle på kommunikation , ingen fortælle dig hvor du smider dit skrald eller hvordan du check ind eller ud , og deres senge er de værste senge man kan sove på for 200kr-300kr mere kan man sove på et 5 stjerne hotel med bedre service og renlig samt kommunikation .

Fijne locatie, op loopafstand van metro en 17 minuten lopen tot het centraal station. Enige is dat de gordijnen niet het licht tegenhouden, dat kan verveld zijn als je daar gevoelig voor bent.
