Breakfast was good but outside of that the stay was mediocre. Staff did not seem happy and that showed in the service especially at the front desk. Suggest spend a little more and stay at Novotel where staff was excellent and they provide extras like robe & slippers for inroom comfort.

The staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble.
