Hotel is nice and good located. Check in and out was fast and staff was very kind and professional. Rooms are nice but not clean perfectly and there was some bad odor which was coming from toilet all the time (5th floor). Generally good business hotel but not real 5 stars. Breakfast could be better with wider choice.

This trip was with my son to see Legia Warsaw play. A very nice hotel & we got an upgrade! Which was nice. Only downside (if any) perhaps TOO nice for a couple of guys in town for football.

watch out for the receptionist guy...if you ask him for a cab he will tell you that they are all busy but he can book for you on his personal uber and will charge you 4 times more...very strange!

Rather disappointing stay

Waited 15mins at check in as the room was not available. Nice, clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. We headed out to the city for leisure. Upon return at around 8pm, we discovered that the room was situated immediately below the hard-floor end of the hotel’s ‘Club Lounge’. Constant footsteps and catering noise from when we returned until the lounge fully wound-up at 11pm. We did our best to drown that noise out with louder than optimum TV sound. Breakfast quality was disappointing. In catering for a large throughput, prepared offerings are somewhat unattractive and, for a city with so many fresh pastry outlets, the bread, baguettes and croissants were, seemingly, frozen/defrosted versions. Scrambled egg is that yucky constituted stuff but you can ask the chef to cook specific requests if you’re happy wait in the queue. All in, a bit of a downer for our last night in Poland and not what we expected of a Sheraton 5-star hotel.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr geärgert hat mich, dass ein Hund nebenan den ganzen Vormittag gebellt hat. Und das Hotel hat es nicht geschafft den Eigentümer zu kontaktieren. Wer ruhig schlafen möchte sonntags ist da wohl fehl am Platz.

Uvenligt personale - især i hotel baren. Derudover kun en massør, så selvom de tilbyder par massage er det ikke muligt.
