This property seemed brand new, very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Location is right near the ballpark neighborhood. Check in time is late (4pm) with no chance of getting in earlier and 11am check out. So, really, you only get a 19 hour stay. It is a very walkable area. ,

My stay was only for a night but I will definitely be looking to stay at this place next time I'm in the Washington D.C. area. The room was really great, felt like a small apartment and it was well furnished. The room was exactly as described on the website. Very nice rooms in a very nice area within walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and book again if visiting the area.
