“Location is ideal, on a beautiful bay/beach. Short walk to restaurants and bars (low key). We had a beachfront villa- highly recommended. The villas are well equipped with a huge shower but are a bit tired around the edges (as it seems a lot of resorts are in Koh Kood). The staff are excellent and very helpful. “Hanung, his staff, Fern, the owners and everyone was hospitable. Very friendly and made you feel like you're at home. The bungalows were very clean and the view to the ocean was amazing. I would recommend for anyone that wants a private setting or even family friendly setting this is the place. They can help you with motor bike rentals to finding you a nice relaxing massage on the beach. We went about 12 minutes on motor bike to a nice cozy restaurant called mangrove where the food was delicious...

“Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich, vorallem zu Kindern. Es gab den ganzen Tag Wasser, Tee, Kaffee, Saft, Toast und Eis. Es gab ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe, zu den anderen guten musste man so gute 20 Minuten laufen. Alles in allem, ein toller Aufenthalt!”

“바닥이 벤치의자 같이 듬성듬성 나무로 되어 있어 부분적으로 오픈되어 있다. 숙소안에서 음식은 되도록 안먹는것이 좋고 쓰레기는 바로 버려야지 개미가 덜 들어온다. 바로 앞이 해변이라 모래를 숙소에 가지고 들어올수 밖에 없으며 모래 입자가 고와서 잘떨어지지도 않는다. 하지만 불편하고 열악한 시설임에도 바로 앞이 바다라서 수영하고 해먹에 앉아 바다보기가 좋아 단점을 커버한다.”

Also the kayaks were at a cost ok no problem (even though I read they were free) but the paddleboards were expensive and they were in a pretty bad state…actually good for the bin as they were missing chunks and really not safe for use.
