"Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "The hotel was all right. Night staff did not speak english, but was eager to accommodate all needs. Day staff speaks pretty good english and they are very nice persons too. For the taxi driver from the airport is was nearly impossible to find the hotel. Soi 19 and 23 is easily found, but the address of the hotel Soi 21 is hidden."

"The hotel is on the other side of the world and it's almost impossible to find taxi and nobody except for one receptions knew how to call for a taxi. And for our way back from our tours none of the taxis knew where the hotel was. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff tried their best but nobody speak English "
