Great stay! Good location - short walk down to the buses or metro. Lots of food options around.
Rooms are small - tight but we only were there to change and sleep so it was perfect. Beds were comfortable - small when you’re coming from a King but did the job for the 4 nights we were there.
We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the subway at night and in the morning as we like to sleep with the window open. You could still hear it with the window closed but wasn’t too bad.
Shower was incredible - great water pressure and the shower rain fall was perfect.
Staff were always very helpful and friendly. It says there is no staff on hand but there was always someone at the desk.
We felt the area was as safe and walkable at night.
Our only complaint was that there was only 1 elevator as one was out of service. It made it difficult when staff were cleaning as they seemed to be using it constantly. The elevator is also very small and only good for 2-3 people. But most times we took the stairs anyways.
we loved our stay and would highly recommend for the price we paid. Great fine!

8.2/10 Very Good! (1,001 reviews)
"overall ok/basic. I was there for a conference. Communal hotel areas are ok but the room was pretty tired and scruffy. Ripped wallpaper and scuffed furniture. Remote for the TV was filthy, coffee splashed on the carpet/walls. The bathroom was grubby in some areas. Despite me stating dietary requirements ..."

"Initial room I was given # 247 ,had a really noisy air handling system and kept me up all night , such a terrible sleep, I asked to change first thing in the morning , and was changed to a lower floor room which was a lot better Thank reception staff 👍👍👍"
