Our one bed was squeaky so bad we couldn’t get sleep. I went down to complain and the front desk person couldn’t do anything because she told me she was the only one there. We ended up putting towels between the mattress and bed frame. It help but not as bad.

The staff were so personable and lovely! We did have some issues with our room, but only stayed one night and were only there to sleep so we didn’t bother to complain then. I’m sure they would have been accommodating had we spoken up. Our headboard appeared to have not been cleaned properly as it had hand prints and smudges all over it. We cleaned those ourselves. We also had only about half or less of the lightbulbs in our room working, and our fridge needed to be defrosted so we couldn’t use it. As I stated before, the staff was lovely and I do believe they would have taken care of it all had we reached out. The hotel itself was very quiet and pleasant. I would stay again if we visited the area!

Have stayed in this hotel numerous times over the past few years- this particular stay- room 323 - the room was not clean- insect wings found in bed, dust around lamp, carpet dirty. Very disappointed- Will look for alternate accommodations
