"The room was filled with dust. I booked for 2days first day I got ready to go to a funeral. When I returned the room was dirty and they leave the door open. Thank God I brought my important things with me. I think they should tell guesses that they change 2$ per days for their safe even if you don’t use it. I requested a clean room for the next and I asked not to be put by the ice machine or the exit door. They said they would give me a room in the middle to my surprise they put me at the stairwell and the ice machine room 310 on the third floor. I didn’t sleep the ice machine and exit door was busy all night. There were other available rooms on the third floor after having such a bad day grieving and tired I laid there I checked out at 7.am I told the front desk how disappointed I was. I think they should have only charged me for 1night. I will not tell anyone to stay there. "

Bull crap property fees PER CUSTOMER of 50 bucks supposedly to pay for amenities when there really isnt any. Advertises FREE WiFi but yet YOU are paying for it obviously. Its just a extra charge to make more money. So if see room advertised for 77 discount keep in mind they will add 50 bucks to it. Also it was 85 to 90 degrees week we stayed. They did not state pool was closed. So call ahead to make sure pool is open as they wont tell you. Also its all stairs. No elevator so not disabled friendly. If just need a place lay head overnight its fine. But not good to bri g kids or older family."

"This hotel has really gone downhill. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night and had to be moved from both of them because they were gross. The second rooms weren't much better. The place needs paint, new carpet, new draperies, new linens, new bathroom fixtures. We have stayed there once a year for years, but never again. "

"AC was not the best. It was cold when fan on and then warm when fan off even set on auto and the setting at 68. People coming and going all night. Really loud with kids running in the hallway. Also remodeled bathroom but didn’t clean up well. "
