"Was there for a week. Had to ask four times to get the room serviced once. I was traveling with a friend who had her own room. Never had service a single time. Pathetic. And it was old and run down to boot. I could live with that but the poor service was inexcusable."

"The room was damp and smelled bad when we had checked in. Had I not been exhausted from driving down country roads in a bad storm, I would have driven on. When I woke up, I was covered with bug bites. When I reported it to the front desk, they offered no help and said if I could stay until 3 pm ( it was 8 am), I could talk to the manager. If you’re running a motel and you have a possible bedbug infestation, it is an emergency, unless it is the norm. The manager can’t be disturbed??? So...

"The room was very clean but there were holes in the wall in the bathroom where a towel rack might have been. The bathroom needed painting as well. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub and pool were well stocked with towels and the hot tub temp was perfect. All in all it was a fantastic stay!"
