"We asked to cancel due to health issues. The staff said contact Expedia. We did. They stated they tried to contact the hotel on several occasions but the refused to answer so we were charged for the stay even though the hotel told us Expedia could wave it. Since the hotel refused to contact Expedia we were charged. Not a good way to run a business."
