"Everything was good except the potatoes. The potatoes weren't properly cooked."

"Property is very outdated, and poorly maintained. The soap tray from the bathroom shower were rusted badly. Rooms had weird smell. Room service dont come in unless requested. Shampoo and conditioner are very little amount given. Ceiling fans from the room look old and rusty. Pool area is very disappointing with how poor maintenance it is given. All the slides leaked water from different sections. Only one slide out of 3 was usable. Kids pool area was full of green substance all over(looked like mold or fungus). Bottom of the pool concrete and around were breaking apart. Towels from there are very small (children size). Breakfast was very limited and with poor quality. They had just bread, boiled eggs, some apples (just going bad) and cereal… Nothing more. We ended up buying breakfast out somewhere else. Even though it says its smoke free or whatever, it was very smoke allowed and weed allowed… no respect on that part for the families with children. The live music could have been better in the aspect that they could have looked more professional than just looking like street musicians. Singer needed a bit more vocal practice. "

"We personally were not impressed the shops and restaurants on site were outrageously priced!!! Our visit to their general store where we purchased 2 single ice cream sandwiches and one cupcake and a water cost a little over $23. We went to the sports bar and grill after looking up the restaurant menu on line The sports bar and grill website where we viewed the menu was exactly what we were looking for and had many options to please everyone. When we got to the restaurant on site (which the restaurant at the resort location was listed on their main web site). The menu had very limited options. They had one burger option 2 appetizers etc. the resort itself was nothing in comparison to their advertisement listing. The water park was small and you had to pay an admission fee to enter. The pool advertised as the adult only pool and bar had about 12 kids that album 4 were under the age of 12 and they were in the hot tub for most of the time. Don’t get me wrong I love kids and especially me grand kids but this time was about my husband and I. We also requested a wake up call as we had a departing flight at 7 am. They never called. We did have our phone alarm but the resort WiFi was unpredictable. We were very excited to stay as we have a family vacation coming up and very to have found a new and exciting fun place to stay. Sorry folks we give this resort 2 thumbs down "

"Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. The biggest concern was the bathroom — it was very old and there were cockroaches, which was really unacceptable. On top of that, the cleaning was not done properly. I noticed hairs on the bathroom walls, which made it feel unhygienic. the clothing closet felt unusual, almost like it was built around an electrical unit, which was a bit odd. Another major inconvenience was the parking. The garage door system was frustrating because the room keys didn’t work. We later found out that you have to call the hotel each time to get in or out. The reception experience was also disappointing. They didn’t assist us until they saw an ID from the person who booked the room, which made things unnecessarily complicated. And at the middle of the night something fell off while we were sleeping "
