"The hotel was decent but our room was at the end of the hallway next to a staircase and door. All night long we heard people and the door opening and closing. "

"Pool was crazy; they definitely have people from outside coming in to use it even though there are signs but no one actually monitors it which is unfortunate for those who pay and abide by max occupancy room permits. Turned on the TV to see Netflix and Disney+ apps but the TV’s aren’t actually connected to WiFi (in 2026) - called the FD who confirmed this. Then, flipped to the cable guide and no luck there either so I called back down only to be told the entire 5th floor had no cable. It never came back on during our stay. I had four 11 year olds who planned on a movie night so that was pretty disappointing. I was told it was being worked on but having worked in a hotel for 15 years, I’m not sure that was actually the case. Seems poorly run. Which for a Hilton is sad for the brand. "

"Check in was the fastest, but not the friendliest. Breakfast staff openly complained about being thankful “it was over” and couldn’t wait to “get out of there”. Room was comfy, and clean as this level of hospitality can be for the price point. Would return, but only for business stays alone."

"The staff were really friendly. The breakfast overseer Courtney was outstanding. We did not use the AC. Heating system was ok but quite noisey. Clean room was ok."

"Arrived very late & was able to check-in expediently. Staff was there to greet me. The facility is spotlessly clean. Observed staff continually cleaning floors and vestibule. Everything looked & smelled clean and fresh."
